1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using G2F2 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using G2F2, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Buying & Selling
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their listings and delivering items as described. Buyers must pay the listed price and mark orders complete after satisfactory delivery. Both parties must use the Platform's built-in systems for all transactions.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) conduct transactions outside the Platform, (b) list fraudulent, stolen, or prohibited items, (c) attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews, (d) use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose, (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans.
6. Fees
G2F2 charges a 5% platform fee on completed sales, deducted from the seller's earnings. There are no listing fees. Fees are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
7. Disputes
Disputes must be opened through the Platform's dispute system. Initiating chargebacks through external payment providers is prohibited and will result in account suspension. G2F2's dispute decisions are final.
8. Wallet & Payments
Wallet balances are denominated in USD. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the exchange rate at the time of confirmation. G2F2 is not responsible for blockchain network delays or fees.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion. Wallet balances held at the time of termination for violations may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
G2F2 is a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed by third-party sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in fees in the 90 days prior to your claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or on-site notice.
