Buying

How do I place an order?

Browse listings, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can pay via wallet balance or supported cryptocurrencies.

What if I don't receive my item?

Open a dispute within 72 hours of the order being created. Our team will review and refund you if the seller fails to deliver.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued when a dispute is resolved in your favour. The amount is returned to your wallet balance instantly.

Can I cancel an order?

You can request a cancellation by opening a dispute. Once a seller confirms delivery and you mark the order complete, it cannot be reversed.

Selling

How do I become a seller?

Visit the Become a Seller page, complete your profile, and create your first listing. There are no upfront fees — we only charge 5% on completed sales.

When do I get paid?

Earnings are credited to your wallet when the buyer marks the order as completed. You can withdraw your balance at any time.

How do I create a listing?

Go to Dashboard → Listings → Create Listing. Fill in the title, description, price, quantity, and upload images.

Can I pause or delete a listing?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Listings and toggle the listing status to Paused or delete it entirely.

Payments & Wallet

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept BTC, LTC, BNB, TRX and USDT (BEP-20, TRC-20). Funds are converted to USD and credited to your wallet.

How do I deposit to my wallet?

Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Deposit and select a cryptocurrency. A unique address is generated for each deposit.

How long do crypto deposits take?

Most deposits confirm within 10–30 minutes after the required on-chain confirmations are reached.

Is there a minimum deposit?

There is no platform minimum, but network fees apply. We recommend depositing at least $5 worth to cover any gas costs.

Safety & Disputes

How does buyer protection work?

All funds are held by the platform until the buyer confirms receipt. If there is an issue, open a dispute and we will mediate.

How do I open a dispute?

Go to the order page and click "Open Dispute". Describe the problem clearly and our team will respond within 24 hours.

What counts as a valid dispute?

Non-delivery, incorrect item, or significantly different quality from the listing description are all valid grounds for a dispute.

Can I get banned for chargebacks?

Do not initiate chargebacks through your bank or crypto exchange. Use the dispute system instead. Chargebacks result in a permanent ban.
